Number of Fellowships: 20 fellowships in two years.

Time Frame of Research Programs:

First Cycle: June 2005 to May 2006

Second Cycle: June 2006 to May 2007

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate or post-graduate researchers.
Women not older than 40 years of age.
Women of high intellectual promise who are expected to make significant contributions to their countries after they return.
A research proposal that is imaginative and innovative.
