Number of Fellowships: 20 fellowships in two years.

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate or post-graduate researchers.
- Women not older than 40 years of age.
- Women of high intellectual promise who are expected to make significant contributions to their countries after they return.
- A research proposal that is imaginative and innovative.
